Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly dyeing & printing production schedules in line with client order

requirements

JOB DESCRIPTIONS — CONFIDENTIAL Dyeing & Printing Mill | Ankleshwar GIDC

• Oversee all wet processing operations including pre-treatment, reactive/vat/disperse dyeing, printing, and

finishing

• Perform and supervise shade matching — ensure first-time right (FTR) shade accuracy above 90%
• Control and monitor GSM, shrinkage, and fastness parameters at every production stage
• Manage chemical and dye consumption — reduce waste, optimise recipe costing per metre
• Supervise machine operators, helpers, and shift workers — enforce floor discipline and SOPs
• Coordinate with the stores/purchase team for timely availability of dyes, chemicals, and consumables
• Maintain production MIS — daily output reports, rejection logs, machine downtime records
• Ensure compliance with GPCB (Gujarat Pollution Control Board) effluent norms — ETP operation oversight
• Handle client fabric — track grey fabric in and finished fabric out with zero discrepancy
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions independently
• Train, guide, and performance-manage floor team members
