Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, and optimization of advanced electromechanical systems.
  • Analyse system logs, sensor outputs, and performance trends to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Work on integration and debugging across hardware, embedded software, electrical, mechanical, and optical systems.
  • Support system validation, feature enhancement, and reliability improvement activities.
  • Review engineering drawings, CAD models, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and service teams for continuous product improvement.
  • Work with sensors, cameras, actuators, motors, embedded controllers, and precision components.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for technical support, part development, and quality improvements.
  • Support configuration management, engineering documentation, and product change control activities.
  • Take ownership of system-level performance, reliability, and product enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in system integration, product engineering, mechatronics, embedded systems, or electromechanical product development.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
    • Machine Vision / Optical Systems
    • Embedded Hardware & Software Integration
    • Sensor-Based Systems
    • Electro-Mechanical Product Development
  • Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills across hardware and software systems.
  • Experience with sensors, actuators, motors, embedded controllers, cameras, or industrial electronic systems.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and CAD models.
  • Working knowledge of CAD tools such as SolidWorks or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, assembly methods, and product testing workflows.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
