Job Summary
Kalamandir Jewellers is looking for a motivated and energetic Corporate Trainer to join its Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating employee training programs across branches. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about learning, employee development, and training.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery

Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.

Deliver engaging classroom sessions, workshops, presentations, and role-plays.

Ensure consistency in training content and delivery across all branches.
Training Design & Development
-
Assist in preparing and updating training materials.
-
Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.
-
Customize training content for Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
Training Evaluation & Reporting
-
Gather participant feedback and measure training effectiveness.
-
Maintain training records, attendance, and learning outcomes.

Prepare training reports and share progress with management.
Coordination & Support
-
Coordinate training schedules with HR and branch managers.

Handle employee queries related to training programs.

Support smooth execution of all Learning & Development initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
Experience
-
0–3 years of experience in Training, HR, Learning & Development, or related fields.

Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Good organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

Ability to engage and motivate learners.

Willingness to travel across branches for training programs.
