Stewart Title is seeking a highly motivated and organized Admin Executive to oversee operations at our Indore office. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless workflows and administrative efficiency during business hours.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 Supervise and coordinate shift operations, ensuring adherence to company policies.
 Monitor and manage administrative tasks, including report generation, data entry, and process updates.
 Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments.
 Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and handling correspondence.
 Provide Logistic support on VISA, Ticketing and Hotel Booking
 Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely restocking and adherence to budgets.
 Co-ordinate work with other staff/team members as needed
 Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace, such as golf tournaments, team building activities, fund-raising events and staff appreciation events
 Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
 Determine priority of matters of attention for the executive; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate
 Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
 Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and customers
 Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners as needed to ensure smooth administrative operations.
 Support various departments in coordinating administrative tasks and scheduling meetings or events.
 Ensure compliance with internal protocols and standards.
 Maintain effective communication with teams to ensure smooth process.

Qualifications and Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
 3+ years of experience in administration or operations, preferably in a BPO/KPO setup.
 Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:
 Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
 Proficiency in MS Office tools and a strong eye for detail.
