Job Description:
Position: Supervisor / Engineer (Iron Foundry Molding)
- Supervise daily operations of the no-bake Molding line.
- Strong knowledge of sand systems, resins, and curing processes
- Ensure proper sand mixing, resin addition, and Mold preparation.
- Monitor Mold quality, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish.
- Plan and schedule Molding activities to meet production targets.
- Minimize downtime and troubleshoot process issues.
- Collaborate with quality teams to resolve defects
- Maintain documentation of process parameters and quality checks.
- Train and guide Molding operators and technicians.
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Metallurgy, Foundry Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience:3 to 7 years of Iron Foundry Molding experience on FLL and HMS, preferably in no-bake Molding lines.
- Salary Budget: 4 to 6 LPA (+/- 1LPA)
- Location: Mahabubnagar, Hydearabad Telangana
