JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose of Job: To operate the Bridge cutting machine.
Principal Accountabilities:
1) To follow the work instruction of the machine operation and process parameters.
2) Check the sharpening of wheel segment for good quality of cutting.
3) Set the cutting size dimensions in the machine display as per drawing requirement.
4) Set the cutting feed of wheel for accurate and smooth cutting.
5) Measure the cut size by measuring tape.
6) Mark number on each piece as provided in Drawing.
7) Record the cutting done in report.
8) Ensure the proper and safe working of the machines & equipment’s.
9) Providing the feedback of the production to supervisor for any Breakages / cracked in the marble.
10) Follow all the safety procedures while working as described by the senior.
Qualifications & Experience Required: ITI with minimum 2- 3 Years work Experience of machine operating
Skills Required for the Job:
Bridge cutting Machine operation
Teamwork.
Ability to follow instructions and production schedules.
Communication skills.
