JD For POS Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced POS Sales Executive with a strong background in the marble industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales operations, handling key customer accounts, coordinating billing and inventory, and driving revenue growth while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end marble sales operations at the Point of Sale (POS).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and key customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, stores, and logistics teams for timely order execution.
• Monitor inventory availability and ensure smooth stock movement.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing revenue and profitability.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and forecasts for management review.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of marble products, grades, pricing, and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Experience in billing, inventory coordination, and sales documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/POS software.
• Ability to work independently and lead customer-facing operations.
