About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help our customers get the most out of our SaaS platform. You'll onboard new customers, answer their questions, build strong relationships, and ensure they achieve success using our product.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and train new customers.
- Conduct product demos and training sessions.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer queries via email and video calls.
- Follow up to improve product adoption.
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
- Work closely with Product and Support teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support in a SaaS company.
- Experience working with USA-based clients is required.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work from our Ahmedabad office.
