Position:        Head Finance

Location:       Vapi

Experience:   10 - 15 Years

Industries:    Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Handling complete Taxation matters including Direct & Indirect Taxes – Income Tax, GST, TDS, Advance Tax, Tax Planning & Compliance.
• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and other statutory returns.
• Handling Tax Assessments, Notices, Appeals, and liaison with Tax Authorities.
• Advising on Tax Planning, optimization of tax liabilities, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Managing overall accounting, financial reporting, and finalization of books of accounts.
• Preparation of Financial Statements, MIS Reports, and variance analysis.
• Ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, RBI Guidelines, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordination with Auditors, Banks, and other external agencies.
• Performing any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
