Quality Engineer -Fabrication & machining
Job Description:
Have experience in fabricated Gear case, Fabricated traction motor housing and Railway products.
Have experience in G&T dimensional knowledge and inspection.
PPAP documents preparation, PFD, PFMEA, Control plan, SPC & MSA.
8D problem solving experience and using of 7QC tools.
Rework & rejection monitoring & analysis and corrective action.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards follow up and audit experience.
Customer handling experience.
B.E – Mechanical Engineering, 5-to-8-year experience in Welding, Fabrication, Stamping, Machining & painting process.
Salary : 5 to 6 LPA
Location : Hyderabad
