Hiring for HR Executive in Telecom Industry corporate office
Positions –
1. Executive HR Generalist 01
Job Profile :
- Manpower planning
- Handling Recruitment Process
- Managing the day to day operations of the office.
- Managing Hall Administration.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Making travel and guest arrangements.
- Schedule Board meetings.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Employee Relations (ER)
- Supervising day-to-day employee relations issues such as grievances, discipline and other performance-related matters, Handling the Union matters
- Implementation of HR policies.
- Maintain master data of all plants data like Job Profile, Achievement, and Target.
- Recruitment as per the requirement of Organization Structure.
2. Executive HR payroll /compliance 01
- Payroll
- Maintaining daily attendance on Punching Machine (ESSL) of staff and workers.
- Statutory compliance- PF, PT& ESIC, submission of monthly challan & returns.
- Implementation of HR policies.
Education: MBA HR
Experience Candidate with up-to 3 years experience in the relevant area with good English communication
Age up to 28 years,
Job Location: Aurangabad City
