Our clinet  is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead residential, commercial, and office interior fit-out projects across Gurugram and Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project execution, site management, contractor coordination, vendor management, quality control, and timely project delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Supervise daily site execution and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Plan project timelines, manpower, and material requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and scheduled timelines.
• Monitor quality standards and site safety compliance.
• Handle site measurements, project documentation, and reporting.
• Coordinate procurement and material availability.
• Verify contractor bills and monitor project expenses.
• Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide project updates.
• Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project milestones.
