Govern the R&D department's annual OPEX and CAPEX blueprints, dedicating investment pipelines to cleaner
manufacturing equipment and solvent-free processing technologies[cite: 4].
Lead the company's global intellectual property (IP) framework, prioritizing patent filings for green compounding
chemistry, bio-sourced fillers, and non-toxic degradation protection systems[cite: 4].
2. Stopper Formulation, Green Technology & Sustainable Polymers
Direct advanced formulation strategies across halobutyl polymers (bromobutyl, chlorobutyl), polyisoprene, and
emerging sustainable elastomeric matrices[cite: 4].
Pioneer the integration of green technology inputs, including renewable bio-sourced fillers, scrap-reducing
compounding agents, and recyclable or energy-efficient vulcanization matrices.
Drive innovation in advanced protective coatings (e.g., fluoropolymer/Flurotec film barriers) designed to enhance
gas permeability and compound longevity while maintaining fully recyclable structural layers[cite: 4].
DUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Education: Ph.D. or Master’s Degree in Rubber Technology, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or
Materials Science[cite: 4].
Experience: Minimum of 15 years in rubber manufacturing, with at least 5-7 years in an executive or directorial
R&D capacity directly within the **pharmaceutical elastomeric closure or medical primary packaging
