Job Description:

Position:      Production Executive

Location:       Vapi

Experience:   8 - 10 Years

Industries:    Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
• Ensure smooth operation of reactors, process equipment, and utility systems.
• Monitor batch processes and maintain product quality as per specifications.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Stores for uninterrupted production.
• Implement GMP, SOPs, safety, and housekeeping practices across the plant.
• Optimize manpower, raw material consumption, and machine utilization.
• Investigate process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain production records, batch documentation, and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, and statutory regulations.
• Lead production teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

Salary :-  Upto 7.20 LPA
