* Minimum *2+ years* of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

* Charge Entry & Claim Submission
* Payment Posting
* Eligibility & Benefits Verification
* Denial Management & Appeals
* Insurance Follow-up
* Working with payer portals and EMR/EHR systems
* Ensuring timely claim processing and revenue collection

*Required Skills:*

* Strong understanding of the US Medical Billing process
* Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance
* Good communication and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently
