* Minimum 3+ years of experience in US Provider Credentialing & Enrollment

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Provider Credentialing & Enrollment
* Medicare, Medicaid & Commercial Payer Enrollment
* CAQH Profile Management
* PECOS Enrollment
* NPI Registration & Maintenance
* Revalidation & Recredentialing
* Follow-up with insurance companies
* Maintaining provider credentialing records and documentation

*Required Skills:*

* Strong knowledge of the complete provider credentialing lifecycle
* Experience handling multiple providers and insurance payers
* Excellent follow-up and documentation skills
