Job Description:

Supporting business leaders by managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee support, engagement, and HR operations. Enabling workforce effectiveness through PMS execution and PMS-related trainings for managers and employees, supporting goal setting, performance reviews, and confirmations. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive employee experience initiatives, ensure process adherence, and support workforce planning and people strategy execution. Ensuring accurate HRMS data management, policy implementation, and alignment of HR processes with organizational goals.
