Job Description:
Can handle Mechanical maintenance in shift
|
Designing/refining maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods. |
|
Scheduling and carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance work and measuing the effectiveness |
|
by tracking the Breakdowns. |
|
Quick responding to equipment failures, finding out root causes and take preventive measures. |
|
Liasioning with process departments, other engineering and production colleagues for their |
|
requirements and take necessary action to fulfill. |
|
Controlling the Utilities AMCs. |
|
Controlling repairs and maintenance inventory. |
|
Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs. |
|
Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs. |
|
Adhering and improving health and safety policies and procedures. |
|
Adhering the IMS, BRC, policies and implementation of 5S + S practices. |
|
Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines. |
|
To take continuous efforts to upgrade the subordinates knowledge level. |
|
Self-development by means of updating and acquiring knowledge. |
