LAB INCHARGE FOR STEEL FABRICATION PLANT - BHILAI - CHHATTISGARH
Job Description:
- Operations Management: Direct day-to-day lab activities to ensure an efficient workflow and optimal diagnostic or testing processes.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule laboratory staff, paramedical technicians, or student assistants.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality control regulations, maintaining proper documentation and logging.
- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate the calibration, maintenance, and repair of all laboratory instruments to meet operational standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor supplies, reagents, or hardware, and submit timely requisitions to prevent inventory shortages.
- Data & Reporting: Validate test results or research data and ensure timely reporting to relevant departments or management.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or the specific discipline corresponding to the laboratory field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a clinical, academic, or industrial laboratory setting, with proven supervisory or managerial experience.
- Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment operation, and data recording.
