CASUAL HELPER FOR STEEL FABRICATION PLANT - BHILAI, - CHHATTISGARH
Job Description:
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move heavy inventory or equipment safely using proper lifting techniques.
- Worksite Maintenance: Sweep, remove debris, and keep the immediate environment safe, clean, and organized.
- Operational Assistance: Support full-time staff by holding tools, preparing materials, or handling basic errands.
- Safety Compliance: Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and immediately report any workplace hazards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift weights up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg) for extended periods.
- Instruction Following: Capacity to understand and execute verbal and written directions quickly and accurately.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a cooperative, "can-do" attitude.
