Corporate Trainer
Job Description:
Hiring for a corporate trainer in heavy machineries manufacturing for new joiners in VMC, HMC, VTL operators, programmers & setters / Supervisor in Hyderabad. This is a technical training role focused on onboarding, upskilling, and evaluating new joiners on CNC/VMC / HMC / VTL HMB / DMG machining processes
Job Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Conduct classroom and shop-floor training for new joiners on VMC (Vertical Machining Center), HMC (Horizontal Machining Center), and VTL (Vertical Turret Lathe) operations, setting, and programming.
- Skill Assessment: Evaluate the theoretical knowledge and practical machining capabilities of trainees to ensure they meet manufacturing standards.
- Troubleshooting: Guide operators and setters on GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), blueprint reading, tool wear offsets, and program optimization.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all trainees strictly adhere to company safety protocols, PPE usage, and 5S/housekeeping standards.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI (Machinist/Turner/CNC Programmer).
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in operating, setting, and programming VMC, HMC, and VTL machines, with at least 2 years in a training or supervisory role.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in programming controllers like Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi, along with an understanding of CAD/CAM software
- Location: Hyderabad Telangana & Chh. Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad) Maharashtra
