Job Summary

We are seeking experienced professionals with a minimum of 1.6 year of hands-on experience in the US or UK Mortgage domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of mortgage processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process mortgage loan files for US/UK clients in accordance with established guidelines.
• Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform mortgage-related tasks such as loan origination, processing, underwriting support, closing, post-closing, servicing, or title review (based on process requirements).
• Ensure compliance with client-specific policies and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Meet quality, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Maintain accurate records and update systems with relevant information.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1.6 year of experience in US Mortgage or UK Mortgage operations.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end mortgage lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mortgage servicing or loan origination platforms.
• Knowledge of mortgage compliance and documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
