🕘 Timings: 9 AM – 7 PM 8Hrs| 🗓️ Mon–Fri (Weekends Off)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the overall project operations portfolio.
• Drive operational excellence across all projects.
• Support business expansion through operational planning.
• Participate in strategic decision-making with senior management.
• Ensure timely execution of all residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Resolve project bottlenecks and operational challenges.
• Drive project completion within approved timelines.
• Ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
• Monitor project profitability and cost performance.
• Review project cash flow and billing progress.
• Control project overruns through proactive intervention.
• Improve project margins through efficient resource management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Promote implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems.
• Minimize rework and defects.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality delivery.
• Ensure strict implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.
• Promote zero-accident culture.
• Ensure statutory compliance across project sites.
• Conduct periodic safety reviews.
• Allocate manpower based on project priorities.
• Monitor productivity of project teams.
• Optimize equipment deployment.
• Coordinate with HR for manpower planning.
• Review client contracts.
• Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Manage contractual risks.
• Coordinate with legal teams regarding claims and disputes.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance.
• Develop strategic vendor relationships.
• Ensure timely procurement support.
• Resolve commercial disputes.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct project review meetings.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, government authorities, and statutory bodies.
• Handle escalation management.
• Develop operational dashboards.
• Conduct monthly project reviews.
• Track KPIs across all projects.
• Implement corrective action plans.
• Lead General Managers, Project Directors, Project Managers, and Functional Heads.
• Mentor future leaders.
• Build a high-performance culture.
• Conduct performance reviews.

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory). M.Tech / MBA (Project Management) preferred. PMP certification or Primavera P6 certification desirable.

.Experience

20 to 25 years in relevant technical function, preferably on real estate/construction projects.   Minimum 8–10 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple large-scale projects.   Experience in residential, commercial, Hotel, high-rise, township, or Retail.
