Finance & Compliance Associate

Job Description:

Candidate Profile / Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience
• Prior experience in audit, assurance, or financial reporting preferred (Big 4, mid-tier firms, consulting, or multinational finance teams)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across different entities
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work with international teams and stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of IFRS
• Interest in international tax, transfer pricing, or regulatory compliance
• Prior experience in GCC taxation is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, or similar) is a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take on new areas of responsibility in a dynamic, multinational environment
