Job Title: CNC Supervisor
Department: Production
Reports To: Production Manager
Job Summary
Supervise CNC machining operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, safety, and machine efficiency are achieved while leading a team of CNC operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily CNC production activities.
- Allocate work and monitor production schedules.
- Ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
- Troubleshoot machining and process issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.
- Train and guide CNC operators.
- Ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards.
- Monitor machine utilization, tooling, and downtime.
- Maintain production records and reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or related field.
- 3–5 years of CNC machining experience, including supervisory experience.
Salary - 25- 32 K
