About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant (E.A.) to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional follow-up skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism. The candidate should be willing to take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential documents and records.
- Track assignments and ensure timely follow-up on all pending tasks.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Handle office coordination and administrative activities as required.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing business activities.
- Perform additional assignments and special projects as directed by the Managing Director.
Required Skills
- Excellent follow-up skills (Mandatory) – Ability to ensure timely completion of tasks and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Shorthand will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Good coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary, Office Coordinator, or Administrative Executive supporting senior management.
- Experience in handling executive-level coordination and administrative responsibilities is preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Secretarial qualification or certification will be preferred.

- Stable employment history with good job continuity.
- Resides within approximately 45 minutes of the office location.
- Willing to handle a wide range of responsibilities and support the Managing Director as required.
- Highly disciplined, dependable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
- Positive attitude with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
Salary
Negotiable, based on qualifications, experience, and current CTC.
