Position: Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Purpose
The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end
recruitment activities to support the organization’s hiring needs across corporate and
plant functions. The role involves talent sourcing, stakeholder management, employer
branding, recruitment analytics, and driving recruitment process excellence to ensure
timely closure of positions with quality talent.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
 Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, corporate, and
leadership positions.
 Understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
 Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals,
consultants, and networking.
 Screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate the complete recruitment process.
Stakeholder Management
 Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and hiring
priorities.
 Provide regular updates on recruitment status and market intelligence.
 Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the
recruitment cycle.
Recruitment Operations
 Prepare and release job advertisements across appropriate platforms.
 Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and feedback collection.
 Manage offer negotiations, salary benchmarking, and onboarding coordination.
 Maintain recruitment documentation and candidate databases.
Vendor & Campus Management
 Build and manage relationships with recruitment consultants, job portals, and
external hiring partners.

 Coordinate campus recruitment drives, apprenticeship hiring, and walk-in
recruitment initiatives.
 Drive employer branding activities to attract quality talent.
Recruitment Analytics & Process Improvement
 Track key recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, cost per hire,
and offer-to-joining ratio.
 Prepare recruitment MIS and dashboards for management review.
 Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
Education & Experience
Qualification
 MBA (HR) / MSW / MLW or equivalent qualification.
Experience
 7–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
 Experience hiring for engineering, manufacturing, construction, or industrial
organizations will be preferred.
 Exposure to leadership hiring and technical recruitment is desirable.
