We are looking for a dynamic production leader with extensive experience in woven garment manufacturing, luxury garment production, industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, and high-volume export operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of improving productivity, reducing manufacturing costs, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining international quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production planning and manufacturing operations.

• Develop production schedules and optimize capacity utilization.

• Ensure timely execution of production plans and on-time shipment of export orders.

• Improve factory productivity through lean manufacturing initiatives.

• Drive cost optimization and enhance manufacturing efficiency.

• Lead intensive stitching operations and optimize line balancing.

• Reduce DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) and improve First Time Right (FTR) quality.

• Monitor production KPIs, efficiency, and operational performance.

• Manage manpower planning, workforce productivity, and team development.

• Coordinate with merchandising, quality, planning, and maintenance teams.

• Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards, social audits, and factory compliance requirements.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
