Job Description:

1. Clinical Governance & Operational Leadership
• Provide overarching clinical leadership, administrative supervision, and
operational direction to all Medical Officers, nurses, and paramedical staff
across the designated cluster clinics.
• Audit and evaluate clinical case files, pharmacy prescription patterns, and

diagnostic requests across clinics to ensure 100% adherence to evidence-
based medical standards.

• Design, execute, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinic
workflows, patient safety, and emergency stabilization protocols.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous medical education
(CME) and clinical mentorship to junior doctors within the cluster.

2. Strategic Clinical Interventions & Upgrades
• Analyse patient demographic data, regional disease trends, and clinic
utilization metrics to suggest and launch new specialized clinical programs
(e.g., specialized diabetes management, maternal health programs).
• Evaluate and recommend medical equipment upgrades, technological tools,
or digital health integration strategies to enhance clinical diagnostic accuracy.
• Intervene directly in complex, high-risk, or disputed clinical cases to provide
definitive medical opinions and safeguard patient health.
• Lead the investigation and resolution of any clinical incidents, medical
feedback, or patient grievances across the cluster.
3. Advanced OPD Consultations & Community Impact
• Deliver premium, high-value outpatient (OPD) consultations for complex
general medicine, geriatric, and chronic lifestyle cases at the anchor Vasai
hub.
• Act as the primary medical ambassador for company, collaborating with
corporate alliance teams to design clinical frameworks for institutional MSME
health partnerships.
• Oversee the clinical planning and ethical execution of large-scale community
health drives and diagnostic interventions.
