Position               : Production Supervisor

Experience          : 3 – 4 Yrs in similar field

Salary Budget     : Upto 6.00 LPA

Qualification       : Dip / BE Mechanical

Job Location       : POR (Nr. Vadodara)

Job Description :

1. Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules& shifts
2. Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance. Perform verification of production output according to specifications.
3. Guide and coach employees٫ monitoring their productivity
4. Work closely with all Machine Operator to ensure that design work is aligned with the company's strategic goals and manufacturing requirements.
5. Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them DIRECTORS
6. Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
7. Planning & reviewing of drawing, Co-ordination with materials department to arrange the required material as per drawings for fabrication work
8. Knowledge of Drawing reading is must
9. Knowledge of VMC Programming
10. Tool room Management knowledge
11. Collaborates with other departments, such as design and quality control, to ensure seamless production processes.
12. Get estimation price of machining , cutting job works and follow up
13. Generation of CNC/VMC Programmes (creating 3D and 2D Programs by using Unigraphics)
14. Carrying out of 3D modeling, and Detailing of all ongoing projects using NX CAD/CAM
15. Product design, Tool & Die, Fixtures .
