Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Manager - Account with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to manage daily accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support statutory compliance.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and proficient in accounting software and documentation practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including sales, purchase, journal entries, and cash/bank transactions.
  • Maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Prepare and manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time.
  • Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely settlements.
  • Support management in preparing MIS reports, financial summaries, and cost analysis.
  • Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping for all financial transactions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.
  • Good analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to handle accounting independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
