SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - PUNJAB

Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Manager - Account with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to manage daily accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support statutory compliance.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and proficient in accounting software and documentation practices.

Key Responsibilities:
 Handle day-to-day accounting operations including sales, purchase, journal entries, and cash/bank transactions.
 Maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
 Prepare and manage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time.
 Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
 Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
 Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
 Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely settlements.
 Support management in preparing MIS reports, financial summaries, and cost analysis.
 Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for all financial transactions.

Required Skills & Competencies:
 Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
 Understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax compliances.
 Good analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
 Ability to handle accounting independently.
 Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Educational Qualification:
 B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
