Position: Director of Business Development – Strategic Growth

Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

1. Business Objectives

Top Priorities (First 12 Months)

1. Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
2. Penetrate and secure business from Saudi giga-projects.
3. Build and develop a high-performing Business Development team.

Primary KPIs

• Client Relationship Development
• Giga Project Penetration
• Team Development

Revenue Target

• The company's overall annual business target is SAR 200 Million.
• The Director of Business Development will play a key leadership role in achieving this target through new client acquisition and business expansion.

2. Current Business Development Function

• A Business Development department is already established.
• Two employees are currently working in the department and will report directly to the Director of Business Development.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the existing client portfolio while simultaneously developing new business opportunities from scratch.

Existing Registrations / Projects

The company is currently executing projects with:

• Royal Commission – Yanbu
• Royal Commission – Jubail

3. Target Clients

Priority target organizations include:

• Al Ayuni
• Al Rashid
• Al Huwairi

Immediate Sector Focus

• Infrastructure

4. Candidate Profile

• Previous experience within Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
• Candidates based in other GCC countries without Saudi experience will not be considered.
• Arabic language skills are good to have, but not mandatory.
• Mechanical Engineering background is preferred.

5. Relationship Expectations

The ideal candidate should already possess strong relationships at the:

• C-Suite / Executive Management level

The selected individual is expected to bring an established professional network capable of generating business immediately.

6. Compensation

• Maximum Total Package: SAR 40,000 per month
• Total package includes:
• Basic Salary
• Housing Allowance (HRA)
• Transportation Allowance
