Finance & Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts Executive to join our corporate head office team in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial operations, with a strong focus on banking activities and general ledger maintenance using SAP. [

Core Responsibilities

Bank-Related Operations

• Manage daily banking operations including NEFT, RTGS, and cheque processing.
• Prepare accurate monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Coordinate with bank officials for letters of credit, bank guarantees, and documentation.
• Monitor daily cash flows and update treasury logs.

Accounting & SAP Management

• Post daily financial transactions, journal entries, and vouchers in SAP.
• Verify and process vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate data entry.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

Compliance & Reporting

• Assist in preparing data for GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Generate financial reports from SAP for management review.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and corporate finance.
• Hands-on experience working in an ERP environment, specifically SAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential financial data

Key Details

• Location: Head Office, Somajiguda, Hyderabad
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in corporate accounting
• Education: MBA in Finance
• Salary Budget: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month
• Gender Preference: Male candidate (as per operational/field banking requirements)

Software Skill: Proficiency in SAP (FI/CO modules) is mandatory
