Position:     SCADA Operators (UFRO)

Location:     Hazira- Surat

Experience:  4 – 5 Year

Industries:   Chemical      

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the UF/RO plant through the SCADA system.
• Monitor and control process parameters to ensure efficient plant performance.
• Start up, shut down, and operate plant equipment as per SOPs.
• Respond to alarms, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Perform routine inspections of pumps, valves, filters, membranes, and dosing systems.
• Maintain daily operating logs and shift reports.
• Conduct membrane backwashing, CIP, and chemical dosing as scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of UF/RO plant operations and water treatment processes.
• Proficiency in SCADA systems and basic PLC operations.
• Ability to monitor process parameters and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Understanding of pumps, valves, membranes, and chemical dosing systems.
• Good communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.
• Awareness of safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: - Upto 4.80 LPA
