We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive with expertise in Management Accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience in maintaining daily books of accounts, recording financial transactions, booking sales and purchase invoices, handling inter-company transactions, and managing forex accounting.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records while providing valuable financial insights to support management's strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and books of accounts.
  • Manage and complete month-end closing entries within the stipulated timelines.
  • Assist with compliance reporting and monthly management reporting.
  • Address and resolve audit queries by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide solutions to routine accounting queries raised by team members.
  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports and data as requested by management.
  • Support the team in maintaining compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Education: M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter (cleared or dropped out only; candidates currently pursuing CA Inter are not eligible).
  • Experience: 3–5 years of accounting experience
  • Gender: Male candidates only.
  • Age: Below 30 years.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining daily books of accounts and handling transactional accounting activities.
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is mandatory.
