Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Architect with strong expertise in architectural design, project management, interior design coordination, and site execution. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling projects from concept to completion, along with knowledge of materials, specifications, drawings, and construction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage architectural design and project execution for construction projects.

• Handle the complete interior design process as per project requirements, budget, and timelines.

• Prepare furniture plans, specifications, material selections, and schedules for construction documentation.

• Coordinate with project teams for architectural drawings, interior design drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project reports.

• Develop technical specifications for construction projects.

• Select and specify materials, products, equipment, and supplies required for project execution.

• Participate in furniture system selection and design development.

• Prepare and present design materials for internal and external stakeholders.

• Utilize knowledge of hospitality furniture, custom furniture, lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and interior design specifications.

• Manage site execution from start to completion.

• Ensure coordination between design, construction, and site teams.

• Knowledge of AI-based design software/tools will be an added advantage.
