We are currently hiring for the position of Civil Estimation Engineer with one of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia.

About the Client:
Our client delivers engineering and industrial solutions across the oil & gas, petrochemical, electrical, steel, water & desalination, and mining sectors. They specialize in automation, instrumentation, field services, mechanical, piping & static equipment, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review ITB documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions.

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates.

• Estimate labor, material, equipment, subcontract, and indirect costs.

• Prepare estimates for earthworks, trenching, concrete works, HDD/micro-tunneling, valve chambers, and related civil activities.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and project teams during bid preparation.

• Prepare commercial proposals, bid summaries, and cost comparison sheets.

• Support budget reviews, change orders, and claim evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and SEC standards.
