Job Description:
A Sales Coordinator for PVC Products manages order processing, tracks shipments, supports field sales teams, and acts as the main link between customers, distributors, and the manufacturing plant for items like PVC pipes, fittings, and sheets.
Core Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process client purchase orders accurately. Check stock levels and confirm delivery timelines.
- Client Support: Answer customer inquiries regarding product pricing, technical specs, and dispatch status.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain CRM databases, log daily sales activities, and generate regular performance reports.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of PVC goods.
- Documentation: Prepare commercial invoices, dispatch dockets, and tender or quotation papers.
Key Requirements
- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of PVC, CPVC, or UPVC piping systems, fittings, or related polymer goods.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to deal with dealers, builders, and sales reps.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and local enterprise resource software (ERP/CRM).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of office support or coordination experience, ideally within the plastic, piping, or building materials sector
