Job Description:

Position: Maintenance Manager

• Experience Required: 10+ Years (Minimum 5 years specifically in a Corrugated Box/Carton Manufacturing unit)
• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Role Type: Full-time, On-site
• Location: Rajpura

Core Responsibilities

• Machine Maintenance: Oversee the breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance of 3/5/7-ply automatic corrugation lines, flexo printer slotters, die-cutters, folder-gluers, and stitching machines.
• Utility Management: Manage plant utilities including steam boilers, air compressors, water treatment systems (STP/ETP), and electrical sub-stations.  
• Downtime Minimization: Create and execute strict preventive maintenance schedules to eliminate unexpected plant shutdowns.  
• Inventory Control: Maintain stock levels for critical mechanical and electrical spare parts (sensors, heaters, corrugating rolls, cutting blades) to ensure immediate repair availability.
• Team Leadership: Manage a crew of maintenance engineers, electricians, and technicians across multiple production shifts.  
• Vendor & Budgeting: Coordinate with machinery manufacturers (OEMs) for major repairs, upgrade projects, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).  

Technical & Key Skills Required

• Deep understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC automation, steam distribution systems, and electrical circuitry.
• Strong knowledge of corrugating machine parameters (temperature profile control, starch adhesive application mechanics, alignment).
• Expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) framework execution
