Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Management Trainee – Performance Analytics & Business Intelligence to support business performance management, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.

The selected candidate will work closely with multiple departments to collect, analyze, validate, and present business data that enables informed decision-making. This role offers excellent exposure to KPI development, MIS reporting, dashboard creation, business analytics, and performance improvement projects.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy working with numbers, solving business problems, and transforming data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and monitoring departmental KRAs and KPIs.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Create management dashboards and performance scorecards.

• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple business departments.

• Analyze operational data to identify business trends and improvement opportunities.

• Prepare business reports and presentations for senior management.

• Support cross-functional performance improvement initiatives.

• Standardize reporting formats and improve reporting efficiency.

• Utilize AI-enabled productivity tools responsibly to improve work quality.

• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of business information.

• Understand business processes and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
