Document Controller for Leading MNC Pharma Company based at Digwal

Job Description:

It will be on the third party payroll of Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Role Review -

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support project documentation management for ongoing engineering and capital projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording, tracking and control of all project-related documents in compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements and audit readiness.

Document Management & Control

• Maintain and manage all project documents (drawings, reposts, specification, correspondence, RFI, etc.) in a structured manner.
• Ensured proper version control, revision tracking, and document numbering as per project protocols.
• Manage document flow between internal teams, consultants and vendors.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
• Track document status (submitted/ under review/ approval/ rejected) and maintain updated logs/ MIS reports.
• Support project teams during design, execution, and commissioning phases with document-related requirements.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure all documentation complies with company standards, project requirements, and regulatory norms (cGMP experience preferred).
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and assist in internal/ external audits.
• Ensure proper archiving of final documentation for handover and future reference.

System & Tools

• Operate document management systems (DMS) such as SharePoint, Procore, or similar platforms.
• Maintain electronic and physical records systematically.
• Generate periodic reports and dashboards on document status and key metrics
