Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with 1–3 years of experience in a hardcore press component manufacturing line. The candidate should have good practical knowledge of press tools, press machines, and manufacturing processes and should be capable of handling day-to-day production activities, manpower, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities in the press component manufacturing line.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan and schedule.
• Handle and supervise production operators and manpower effectively.
• Monitor press machines and production processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Must have good practical knowledge of press tools, dies, and press component manufacturing processes.
• Ensure proper setting and operation of press machines as per process requirements.
• Monitor production quality and minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments for smooth production.
• Identify production issues and take necessary corrective actions.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures, 5S, and workplace discipline.
• Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a related technical field preferred.

Experience Required

1–3 years of relevant experience in a press shop / press component manufacturing company is mandatory.

Candidate Profile

• Candidates with hands-on experience in press component manufacturing will be preferred.
• Should have practical knowledge of press tools, dies, and production processes.
• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must have basic knowledge of computers for production reporting and documentation.
