Job Description:
Operations MIS Executive role. The position primarily focuses on operational reporting and business support rather than data analytics.
The key roles and responsibilities include:
- Preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Managing operational data with accuracy and maintaining data integrity.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Dashboards, and data analysis).
- Coordinating with internal teams to collect, validate, and consolidate operational data.
- Tracking team performance, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Generating reports for management review and supporting business decision-making.
- Maintaining records, documentation, and operational databases.
- Identifying data discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives through accurate reporting and analysis.
