Job Description:
Candidate Profile:-
Position – Deputy Shift In-charge
Section - ERW ( Production)
Education – B.Tech / B.E
Experience – 8~10 Years
(Candidate should have sound knowledge of ERW Pipe manufacturing processes)
Key Responsibilities :-
1). Adherence to Safety PPE by members & 5S on shop floor.
2). Daily work assignments to Shop floor operators.
3). Review daily Yield Target vs. Actual and take measures.
4). Review daily productivity Target vs. Actual and take measures
5). Handling daily quality trouble (Inhouse complaints, NC reports)
6). Preparation of daily production reports.
7). Verification of daily machine, process & quality check sheets & operation records.
8). Verification of products quality.
9). Trouble shooting related to production processes setting and other troubles and support other members by actual working to minimize line stoppage time.
10). Take measure against product quality defect and temporary/immediate action.
11). Working on machine if some member not available.
12). Identify daily abnormalities /Issue and communicate with SIC/PIC through verbal/mail/shift handover sheet.
13). Record daily machine losses & analyse the recorded data.
14). FIFO Implementation.
15). Improvement on internal observation Safety / Quality Section.
16). Making & revision of WIS/OPL or relevant production documents.
17). Manpower Skill development.
