The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in recruiting technical professionals across various project functions and be capable of delivering quality talent within tight hiring timelines.

Job Summary

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions associated with commercial real estate and construction projects. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and project managers to understand manpower requirements, source high-quality candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely hiring.

This role requires excellent sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and a strong understanding of technical hiring within the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions within commercial real estate and construction projects.
• Understand manpower planning and prepare effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate technical expertise, project experience, and overall suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, project teams, and department heads.
• Verify candidate qualifications, certifications, employment history, and references.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage the complete offer process.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, hiring trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
• Build long-term relationships with skilled professionals across the construction and commercial real estate industry.

• Proven experience hiring professionals for commercial real estate, construction, or infrastructure organizations.
• Strong exposure to hiring for engineering and project-based technical roles.
