Job Description:

Responsibility_x000D_ _x000D_ we are looking for a junior fashion designer who is deeply passionate about craft, detail and execution. This role goes beyond designing - it involves active participation in the entire lifecycle of a collection, from concept to final production-ready samples._x000D_ _x000D_ You will work closely with the Head Designer and contribute to building a design-led, craft-integrated brand._x000D_ _x000D_ Key Responsibilities_x000D_ _x000D_ Assist in trend research, mood boards, and concept development._x000D_ Support in silhouette design and SKU planning._x000D_ Work on surface development including embroidery, prints, and fabric manipulation._x000D_ Assist in fabric sourcing and swatch development._x000D_ Help prepare detailed tech packs with construction and measurement specifications._x000D_ Coordinate for sampling, test fits, and design corrections._x000D_ Maintain structured documentations across all development stages._x000D_ Work closely with artisans, masters, and production team._x000D_ _x000D_ Candidate Requirements_x000D_ _x000D_ Graduate from NIFT / NID or equivalent (Fashion / Textile Design)_x000D_ Strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics._x000D_ Interest in Indian crafts and surface techniques._x000D_ Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and finishing._x000D_ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment._x000D_ Proficiency in Adobe illustrator or similar tools._x000D_ Strong communication and coordination skills._x000D_ _x000D_ What we offer_x000D_ _x000D_ Exposure to end-to-end collection development._x000D_ Opportunity to work on a craft-driven, design-focused brand._x000D_ Direct learning and mentorship within a growing label._x000D_ A creative yet highly execution-oriented work environment.
