Job Summary:_x000D_ We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, inventory, and order processing. The candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms while coordinating with internal teams to achieve sales targets._x000D_ _x000D_ Key Responsibilities:_x000D_ Manage product listings on Amazon, Esty, and other e-commerce platforms._x000D_ Upload and update product details, images, pricing, and descriptions._x000D_ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to maintain stock availability._x000D_ Process orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries._x000D_ Track daily sales, prepare MIS reports, and analyze marketplace performance._x000D_ Manage promotions, discounts, and campaign updates on marketplaces._x000D_ Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery._x000D_ Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales._x000D_ Ensure accurate SKU management and catalog maintenance._x000D_ Resolve marketplace-related issues and maintain seller account health._x000D_ _x000D_ Requirements:_x000D_ Bachelor's degree in any discipline._x000D_ 1–5 years of experience in E-commerce or Marketplace Operations._x000D_ Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Esty, or similar platforms._x000D_ Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)._x000D_ Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
