Job Summary The Dispatch Manager is responsible for managing daily dispatch operations, coordinating deliveries, supervising warehouse and loading activities, and ensuring timely and damage-free delivery of furniture products to customers and showrooms. _x000D_ Key Responsibilities ● Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules. ● Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for order readiness. ● Ensure proper packing, loading, and dispatch of furniture products. ● Arrange transport vehicles and coordinate with transport vendors. ● Maintain dispatch records, invoices, challans, and e-way bills. ● Monitor delivery timelines and resolve dispatch issues. ● Supervise dispatch staff, loaders, and warehouse helpers. ● Ensure stock verification before dispatch. ● Reduce delivery delays, damages, and dispatch errors. ● Maintain safety and discipline in dispatch operations.
