Salary: AED 2,000.00 - AED 3,000.00 per month + Company Accommodation
Overview
It a leading name in the trading of building materials in Dubai, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Indoor Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the building materials trading industry, with strong retail shop sales experience. You will play a vital role in attending walk- in customers, maintaining client relationships, and supporting overall sales operations from our retail location.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Provide expert advice and support to customers on the selection and use of building materials.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
Desired Candidate Profile-
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the building materials trading industry, with hands-on experience in retail shop sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in commerce, or any certification related to Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. (Not mandatory if you have experience and basic communication skills)
Skills:
- Strong customer service and sales skills.

- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an added advantage.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, ERP systems preferred).
- Personality: Energetic, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
